Pick-up times are from 8:45 to 9:15 in the morning. Actual pick-up time will depend on the location of hotel and traffic condition.
Complimentary pick-up and drop off service at selected hotels within the city limits to our tour departure point, where you will be transferred to your respective vehicle. Guests staying at other hotels are advised to find their own way to the departure point or to the nearest selected hotel for complimentary pick up.
Complimentary pick-up for hotels located at Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Ampang, Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Sultan Ismail and major hotels located within a 1 km radius from the Malaysia Tourism Centre Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
A surcharge will be applicable for pick-up from hotels outside the selected hotels.
Please indicate which hotel you are staying at the time of booking and we shall advise you the nearest and most convenience pick-up point for the tour and applicable pick-up surcharge.
Please reconfirm the pick-up time upon placement of booking.
Cancellation policy
The fee for cancellation 72 hours or more prior to departure date - 20 %; between 48 and 24 hours prior to departure date - 50 %; and within 24 hours prior to departure date - 100 % of tour cost. In the case of no-show, 100 % of the total amount will be chargeable.
No refund or discount will be given in part or full for any items not utilised either by choice or due to circumstances once the tour has commenced.
Tropical Rainforest Experience

This tour offers an opportunity to visit Malay villages, and learn about the everyday life of Malay villagers. There will also be a visit to the Orang Asli Museum where a number of hunting weapons, clothing made of tree barks and traditional musical instruments are exhibited, and where one can learn about Malaysia's original settlers and their way of life.
The tour will then proceed to a tropical rainforest where participants can go jungle trekking accompanied by an expert on Malaysian jungles, and where they have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with tropical forests, and their typical fauna and wildlife.
From the tour departure point, you will be taken on a one-hour ride through Malay villages with a stop at the Orang Asli Museum, where they will learn about Malaysia's original settlers and their way of life. The tour will then proceed to a tropical rainforest where participants can go jungle trekking accompanied by an expert on Malaysian jungles. Participants are dropped off at the tour departure point.
Participant guidelines
A tour booking requires a minimum of two adults, and is inclusive of lunch. Participants are advised to wear comfortable shoes and a hat, and bring along towels and extra clothes in case they get wet or dirty. The Orang Asli Museum is closed on Fridays.
Other disclosures
- A 20 % non-refundable deposit is required for bookings made more than 72 hours prior to departure date. Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to departure date
- All confirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subject to availability
- The operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary or may be canceling due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the operator's control, if necessary, in the best interests of all parties involved
