Pick-up times are 8:45 to 9:15 in the morning. Actual pick-up time will depend on the location of hotel and traffic condition.

Complimentary pick-up and drop off service at selected hotels within the city limits to our tour departure point, where you will be transferred to your respective vehicle. Guests staying at other hotels are advised to find their own way to the departure point or to the nearest selected hotel for complimentary pick-up.

Complimentary pick-up for hotels located at Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Ampang, Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Sultan Ismail and major hotels located within a 1-km radius from the Malaysia Tourism Centre Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

A surcharge will be applicable for pick-up from hotels outside the selected hotels.

Please indicate which hotel you are staying at the time of booking and we shall advise you the nearest and most convenience pick-up point for the tour and applicable pick-up surcharge.



Cancellation policy

The fee for cancellation 72 hours or more prior to departure date - 20 %; between 48 and 24 hours prior to departure date - 50 %; and within 24 hours prior to departure date - 100 % of tour cost. In the case of no-show, 100 % of the total amount will be chargeable.

No refund or discount will be given in part or full for any items not utilised either by choice or due to circumstances once the tour has commenced.

Children policy

Children below three years of age are allowed to join the tour for free, but must travel with an adult.

Templer's Park Nature Escape

Templer's Park is a tropical paradise just 30 minutes away from the hustle of Kuala Lumpur. Established in 1955, it houses various species of monkeys and birds such as the Hawk Cuckoo, Crested Serpent Eagle, Emerald Dove, Red-throated Sunbird and the Straw-headed Bulbul among others. Different activities are available to visitors - such as trekking, bird watching, or even swimming in the cool refreshing mountain waters at the Kanching Waterfalls. It is a place of outstanding beauty, offering peace, quiet, relaxation and lovely fresh air.

Tour starts from the tour departure point proceed for a 30-minute from Kuala Lumpur to the tranquil tropical paradise of Templer's park. Visitors may walk along the jungle trails, rest at the picnics spots, and observe the wildlife in the forest. The Kanching Waterfalls, sometimes known as the Templer's Park Falls, is an ideal place to splash and swim in cool, refreshing mountain waters. Participants are driven back to Kuala Lumpur at the end of the tour, and drop off at the tour departure point.



Participant guidelines

A tour booking requires a minimum of two adults. Participants are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring along a towel and bathing suit if they intend to swim.

Other disclosures

- A non-refundable deposit of 20 % is required for bookings made more than 72 hours prior to departure date. Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to departure date.
- All confirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subject to availability.
- The tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary if necessary, in the best interests of all parties involved.
