Pick-up times are from 8:45 to 9:15 in the morning. Actual pick-up time will depend on the location of hotel and traffic condition.

Complimentary pick-up and drop off service at selected hotels within the city limits to our tour departure point, where you will be transferred to your respective vehicle. Guests staying at other hotels are advised to find their own way to the departure point or to the nearest selected hotel for complimentary pick up.

Complimentary pick-up for hotels located at Jalan Bukit Bintang, Jalan Ampang, Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Sultan Ismail and major hotels located within a 1 km radius from the Malaysia Tourism Centre Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.

A surcharge will be applicable for pick-up from hotels outside the selected hotels.

Cancellation policy

The fee for cancellation 72 hours or more prior to departure date - 20 %; between 48 and 24 hours prior to departure date - 50 %; and within 24 hours prior to departure date - 100 % of tour cost. In the case of no-show, 100 % of the total amount will be chargeable.

No refund or discount will be given in part or full for any items not utilised either by choice or due to circumstances once the tour has commenced.

Children policy

Children below three years of age are allowed to join the tour for free, but must travel with an adult.

Sunway Lagoon Theme Park Tour

This tour promises a wonderful day of excitement and fun at the Sunway Lagoon Theme Park. But before that, visitors will drop by the Leather and Batik Showroom which offers a variety of choices for souvenirs and gifts. There is a photo stop at the Petronas Twin Towers, one of the tallest and most impressive buildings in the world. This 88 floor twin structure system has a sky bridge on the 41st and 42nd floors, and is one of the main attractions in Malaysia. Visitors are allowed to go up to the sky bridge but in order to do so, one needs to be there early in the morning. Only a limited number of visitors are permitted on the sky bridge daily.

The tour will then proceed to Sunway Lagoon Theme Park, one of the most visited destinations in Malaysia. This theme park, officially opened in 1993, covers an area of 80 acres and consists of five different parks, each full of fun, excitement and adventure. The "Waters of Africa" is the only African Themed Park in Malaysia, with its Congo Challenge and Cameroon Climb. The park has world's largest man-made surf beach.

Visitors may spend time with Apache Indians and cowboys or experience the thrill of the World of Adventure, join the paintball combat or zoom down the Flying Fox at the Extreme Park, get up close with Civets, Hornbills, Eagles, Pythons and other domestic animals in the Wild Life Park, or even experience the horrors of prison break live at the Scream Park.

The tour starts from the tour departure point. The first stop is at Malaysia's Leather and Batik Showroom where visitors can see, and shop for some of the many handicrafts of Malaysia. There is a short stop at the Petronas Twin Towers for pictures. From there, participants will be taken to Sunway Lagoon Theme park. The tour ends with a drop off at the tour departure point.

  • A tour booking requires a minimum of two adults. Participants are advised to bring along their swimwear and towels

Other disclosures

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for bookings made more than 72 hours prior to departure date. Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to departure date.

All confirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subject to availability.

The operator reserves the right to adjust or cancel the itinerary due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the operator's control, in the best interests of all parties involved.
