The Lake Gardens of Kuala Lumpur are located in the heart of the city, covering an area of 91.6 hectares of gardens and parks. The Orchid garden houses over 800 species of orchids from all over the world. Visitors can not only enjoy the various species of Orchids here, they can even learn how to grow them.

The KL Butterfly Park is a splendid place where one can see more than 6000 butterflies of over 120 species in their natural habitat - in this case, a recreation of a Malaysian Rainforest.

The KL Bird Park, or Taman Burung, is the world's largest covered bird park or free flight aviary. It houses more than 3000 birds of all major species. Visitors can watch bird shows and bird feeding at certain hours, and even take part in them. All in all, it is a fun and educational tour for visitors of all ages.

Itinerary

Participants are picked up from the selected hotel, and taken to the beautiful Orchid Garden where they can see over 3000 varieties of Orchid. The Butterfly Park, which houses more than 6000 butterflies of over 120 species, is the next stop before the Bird Park, the largest covered aviary in the world. Visitors will see colourful birds of all major species flying about freely. Participants are dropped off at the selected hotel at the end of the tour.

Cancellation policy

The fee for cancellation 72 hours or more prior to departure date - 20 %; between 48 and 24 hours prior to departure date - 50 %; and within 24 hours prior to departure date - 100 % of tour cost. In the case of no-show, 100 % of the total amount will be chargeable.

No refund or discount will be given in part or full for any items not utilised either by choice or due to circumstances once the tour has commenced.

Children Policy

Children below three years of age are allowed to join the tour for free, but must travel with an adult.

Participant Guidelines

A tour booking requires a minimum of two adults, and is not inclusive of camera fees.

Other Disclosures

- A non-refundable deposit of 20 % is required for bookings made more than 72 hours prior to departure date. Full payment is required at least 48 hours prior to departure date.
- All confirmed bookings will be automatically cancelled in instances where the full payment is not received and cleared. Any re-instatement of bookings will be subject to availability.
- The operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary if necessary, in the best interests of all parties involved.
